Build Boat.

first time building a ship. No clue how masts, sails or ropes work, so I combined 20 ships from google images and called it a day. So if you're a ship biologist, don't open the spoilers

I am no ship biologist so I'm pretty impressed with the ship, looks pretty damn good.
favourite detail is the village next to the ship though

The sails look pretty good for a first attempt but The hull looks over detailed and the shape is really off, the rigging could also use some work.

I worked on this boat with my friend a good while ago. See how we detailed the hull? instead with beams and logs we used colured concrete and terracotta to show the waterproof coating and paint to indicate the waterline. Sorry for babbling hopefully you didn't find me too annoying.

Also, we went a bit overboard with the sails.

I think the hull and the shape of it look great, although the stern looks a bit awkward since the captain's quarters hangs off really far and looks a bit out of proportion

although im no ship biologist either so

wtf why is it floating above the water it should be partially underwater that's how gravity works wtf

 

because the hull is too shallow for a ship, and would look weird if it was deeper
