Archer/Hunter Help End Game Archer Builds.

Hey guys! I just recently finished leveling up a new class to level 105 (archer). I was curious at what builds are good for archer at the end game.

I’ve hear people using orange lily, hive bow, gale’s force, and plague. If you don’t mind, could you guys tell me some builds with these weapons and how they’re used. (I.e. spell spam or melee or speed)

Also, if you guys have another good build for archer feel free to let me know. The only requirement I have is no mythics. Besides for that, LI, hive, and fabless are all good. Just please no mythics lel.

Mmm yes Dark Shroud + Virtuoso is an OP combo right now, would recommend if you want high dps

The one I posted focuses way more on survivability, so it's a matter of how you want to play the game

Yea I saw that J Lo had to build so I wanted to see which he preferred. Also, @Qzphs could you list a build that you think is good since I’m still a little confused with all of this. Either a Gale’s Force or Orange Lily build would be great.

 

I posted this for Gale's Force. OLily's probably better but unfortunately I suck at building for it so I can't exactly offer you anything.

Eden-Blessed is damn amazing wdym, it's the perfect item for no-brain gaming (especially with new hpr buff)

 

wfa is my favourite archetype, but let's make this clear: as long as the item meta remains the way it is now, i will never respect hpr.

and what does eden-blessed do outside of hpr? yeah, nothing useful really. ele defs don't matter, most wfa builds don't need its hp, mana regen is much better sourced through items that also offer skill points, such as stillwater blue, capricorn and dhydro neck. it's almost the definition of perfectly garbage in my eyes.

 

it's because of the hpr buff that it's good, I know the hpr buff was kinda overboard but hpr did need a buff tbh so I think that's fine

 

Would you recommend Virtuoso or Steamjet over Capricorn?

take your build for instance, 442 in 4s really isn't much. you've got at least 11k health on most wfa builds (13k-15k is more accurate on builds that use eden-blessed itself), so you're getting like ~5% of your hp back max every 4s. this isn't very good when relevant bosses like LI and EO can wipe half your health bar in an instant (if you want to make a case otherwise for a more defensive class like warrior i accept that but plenty of ppl build 400hpr on archer and think it makes them so much more defensive and that's what irritates me).

stinger secondary comes pretty close to that kind of healing (and does it better when paired with quake/CL) and plain old healing potions get you about 100x that at virtually no cost.

imo wfa shouldn't really bother with hpr at all (except ultratank), the fact that its double defensive element combination helps you live hits so much better far exceeds the utility gained from the extra couple hundred healing.

if you're talking bigger hpr values like 1.5k then i can respect that but most ppl are kinda coming up to me telling me that their 400 hpr is so amazing despite my extra 30k effective hp or whatever it is that my build happens to do better at.

virtuoso is basically always better than capricorn, feel free to use it. i use capricorn in the build bc virtuoso is a cheat item.
sjw isn't wise bc you're losing the 3mr that virtuoso/capricorn offer
