Ok, here are my tips for building lunar
Tip no. 0: summon @starx280 the lunar boi
Tip no. 1: powder TWAT (ik, the damage is not as high, but this way you have balanced thunder, air and water damage, and chain lightning is a must anyway, and it spells TWAT, which is nice)
Tip no. 2: Build some melee damage. Not only does it boost your melee damage, but also your chain lightning damage.

there are builds that focus on spells only, but they are simply not as stylish as TWAT builds with big chains

Im don't know if capri or virtuoso
If anyone can get a build that is tanky and has around 10mr so I won't be drained every 4 sec please send it, really want to make the broken lunar spines useable

Had more builds that I made but I forgot where I had their link and forgot what items I used in them

Tips: use lunar spine only since level 87, really nice and challenging and most important, gives you experience and idea of how you want to use a lunar

Was using it with rainbow sanc + statue instead for better damage, heals and way more health.
No walk speed combining with lunars mana drain combined with the random movement from pandemonium + time rift turned out to be....
pretty fun actually, but also a bit too challenging.

My tip: with Lunar, if you feel the mana steal proc 2 times in a row and can't heal because of that, sometimes you just want to teleport out and heal up but can't due to the negative mana regen.

King of hearts has +4/4 mana regen and the best heals in the game. It's great with lunar.

 

Just try to get a combat level that's "a bit" higher than normal
