Did Not Receive 5 Store Crates That I Bought

I bought 5 crates on store (it was on 50% off, so I decided to get some) and It's been 4 days that I didn't receive the crates. I got the receipt in my email but the items didn't go through. I also sent an email the same day that I bought and they haven't replied it yet. Also, the receipt has no "Purchased package" section. I think it's a bug or something. Can admins fix it for me? I just want to open crates.

 

Can someone help me :(

 

Try messaging a mod or posting it on the bug forums, with proof like this hopefully they can get it sorted. Surprised no one's looked at this actually

I emailed them 7 days ago and still no reply. I tried to ask on discord, but they told me I need to wait for a week. It's been a week now and it's too long just to get a reply.

 

The support team is small and quite busy, they might take some time to get a response. Don't worry, they aren't ignoring your issue.
