    I believe there are plans to release the numbers behind Loot Quality's diminishing returns, but after the effect of the nerf is determined to be good; wouldn't want to release numbers and then have to fix them again after the fact if there's some obvious signs it did too much or not enough

    (at least that's what I understand)
