Can't Connect To The Server

My internet's fine but it keeps disconnecting me from the server saying "forcibly closed by remote host" or this.

How do I fix it? It was fine this morning

Think its because Wynntils, it happens sometimes. I can connect properly in vanilla Minecraft.
