Shaman/Skyseer Shaman Mana Build (no Mythics, Items From Dungeons, Hive Shop, Li)

Mana build for shaman I made, no items that are hard to get and a lot of skill points left to assign. 2 mana totem, 1 mana aura (if you add additional 4 skill points to intelligence). 18/4s mana regen, it can be pushed over even further with LI or Hive items.

Better def and dmg, also those quest items are from fairly easy quests so they should be easy to get.

 

It has worse damage, not better. Also, mana regen above 20/4s is useless

Wdym worse dmg, go check the wynndata dmg stats again. Even if you put 150int on your build it has less dmg than the one I posted.

I know that above 20/4s mana regen is pointless, but I couldn't be bothered to really look into this build so I just slapped in tears of the pirate cove as it's an easy item to get. And also, if this is supposed to be a build using items that are easy to get, and not costly, then one would assume that we're not gonna be using a full 7/4mr Aquarius, or a 3/4mr Memento as those would be costly to get. Factoring all that I'd say this is quite practical for a low-budget mana build.
