A Hunter's Calling - Rodoroc Segment

Hello,

I was doing the Rodoroc section of A Hunter's Calling, and entered the slums. However, when I was teleported, there were other players who had completed the NPC interactions, and as such, I was also taken to the parkour part and was not able to interact with the NPCs. After completing the parkour, I attempted to get tped again from Rodoroc slums, but to no avail. Assuming the quest book was just bugged (As it still displayed "Tell the hooligans in the slums about the eviction notice"), I completed the rest of the quest and realised at the very end, when the quest did not properly complete. When I realised this, I went back to the Rodoroc slums and attempted to get tped again. However, after 5 minutes of running around the general area where I was tped from previously, I was still unable to find the trigger. Would anyone have any ideas on what I should/can do? Any help is much appreciated.
