Tiramisu hozzávalók:

• 4 db tojás
• 50 dkg mascarpone
• 20 dkg porcukor
• 1 doboz babapiskóta
• 3 dl kávé
• kakaópor
• 1 dl rum

Tiramisu elkészítése:

1. A tojássárgáját kikeverjük a cukkorral, hozzáadjuk a rumot, később pedig a mascarponét, addig keverjük, míg sima és kissé habos nem lesz. A tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verjük, óvatosan belekeverjük a krémbe.
   
2. Lefőzzük a kávét, ebbe belemártjuk a babapiskótákat úgy, hogy félig átázzanak, belehelyezzük egy sorban egy kisebb tepsibe, ráöntjük a krém felét, erre teszünk még egy réteg, áztatott babapiskótát, s végül a maradék krémet. Minimum 2 órát állni hagyjuk, tálalás előtt a tetejére kakaóport szórunk.
