I was going to throw my boat pass in the hopper but accidently threw in my Black horse that I spent all of my emeralds trying to breed (about 8k).
Please, those emralds took my entire play time to accumulate I am desperate.
I know there is a no refund policy, but PLEASE make this acception. I am flat broke and have no way of getting another 8 k anytime soon.

I BEG of you. Help me

Unfortunately, they don't make exceptions to the rule because then everyone would want to be the exception, and as it was your fault (I really am sorry for you, but it wasn't a bug or glitch) there's not really anything they have to do about it

If your an archer you can get by without a horse. And quests give more and more emeralds as you progress so you should be able to make the money back. who knows maybe you'll be lucky and get it first try.

While they won't make an exception (the monetary worth of what people have lost so far is honestly shocking, and hasn't been refunded), there are ways to regain your money pretty quickly and keep this from happening again. You can use /itemlock to prevent accidentally dropping items you care about, such as your horse or weapon. You will start making more money from quests as time goes on, so while it might sting for now, it shouldn't be too long before you can make it back.
