Mage/Dark Wizard Need Mage Build

My mage is at lvl 101 and im looking for a good build to get me through the silent expanse pretty easily.

what playstyle?
any restrictions?

 

only restrictions are that i have 11 le to my name lmao so prob no mythics pls. Preferably water build and i havent done LI so i have no items from that

This works well only thing is that i need to buy the boots and yangs other than that ill get the items from hive. Thanks for the help

 

I Put on the entire build except i replaced the yangs for Moon pool circlet and a detectives ring with 100% spell damage that are better replacements but when i put on the Moon pool circlet it makes all my skill points go to -999 do you know why this happens?

 

only allowed to have 1 hive piece

 

also yangs are the better choice.
12% and 56 raw spell dmg each.
raw spell is important for good meteor damage.
