What's Daily Crates And How Do I Claim Them?

If you have vip+ or hero, you get daily crates with random cosmetic goodies in them. You can open them in your compass gui under the crate icon.

If you mean daily rewards, you get a free lootchest with ingame items in it that's also in your compass. Every consecutive day you claim it, the rewards get better, with the cap being at 5.

 

you can get a free monthly crate without having a rank. Just go to the store and locate the free monthly crate tab. All you need to do is put in your minecraft username after purchasing the crate for 0.00 dollars. you dont need to put in any payment info at all and after a minute or so you should get it in game.

i believe you go through the compass when in a lobby and just locate the crates section and if you have dont it on the website your crate should be there to open.
