Stuck In Fallen Factory

Doing fallen factory in a party of two and just as my party member walks through the large iron door after the flame trap section the door closes and I'm trapped between the door and the invisible barrier. how can i get out or does someone have to come along and save me unless i /kill.

 

Just do /kill, make sure any of your important supplies are in your pouch before you do, and that you have enough soul points to not loose a good amount of stuff, (should have like 6).
