Why I Can't Create Appeal

So, I was trying to make a ban appeal but as You can see I can't even post an appeal because of the message at the image. When I'm logging into server there is no even wrote time how much I'm gonna be banned, so I'm think this is permanently and I would like to know if I can even post a ban appeal.
I'm confused because image says that I'm not permanently banned but there is no time wrote in minecraft launcher how much time ban is gonna be on my account.
My nickname is the same as on the forum: McKimonno
