Forum Account Doesn’t Link Properly

Hello! Today I linked my mc account to the forums, but it showed my previous ign (which I changed about 3 years ago). My stats are not updating as well. It might be related the the fact that I had a brief login a few years back, but Im not certain. I wondered how I can fix it.

My ign is 0ceqn (with a zero, not an o)
And the ign that is showing is BlueSnowBird

You could try overriding it and starting the account fresh. It could be because this account is already set on that account specifically. It might not be set up to update according to name changes that have been made on the account whenever you have already had the previous name. It does seem to be a glitch, and is likely not a problem on your end, but rather something that might need to be updated, so don't sweat it.
