I Didn't Get The Climbing Helmet When I Completed The Quest

i completed the ice nations quest and didn't get the climbing helmet it says i completed the quest but /fixquests doesn't work

 

Well it's a untradable item not a "Quest Item" to my knowledge (Could be wrong), but if the former is true, then you'll have to level up another character and get it again.

Edit: then I'd recommend emptying your inventory and then doing /fixquests again. Thanks Turtlez

i have tried that and it said "looking for missing quest items... you have no missing quest items... check your bank and other class inventories"

 

Do you have any unID helmets in your bank/inventory? That may just be the item you're missing

 

thanks it was an unID helmet i must have missed it because i had multiple unID items in my inventory
