    I am a lvl 28 warrior and I was wondering what are my options for a low lvl loot run

    There is a place in Nivla forest, four large black pillars you can push over for three T3 chest, there's the discovery in Deltas that gives you 1 T3, I'm unsure of chest in Almuji and Nemract

    You really shouldn't be lootrunning as a level 28. You will get much better results from just doing quests.
