    my black horse was gone with an itemlock on it (upgraded with red board hair).
    i went to the horse merchant to make another black horse then upgrade at galleon's graveyard, I tried to get up but disappeared again.
    What should I do?

    when exactly did it disappeared?

    Also no refund policy, so you will have to get another one.
