    Market killed legendary shops on the forums, but not mythic shops imo.

    Forums was already in a bad state just because it was more convenient to either advertise ingame or on the discord normally. Changing it so that cheap items could just be bought and sold easily was the nail in the coffin, but certainly not the only reason. And mythic and high-value shops are still popular because it's cheaper than having to pay the tax.
