yeah it's powdered. The build needs the water defense and lunar spine has 4 powder slots, not powdering it is a misrepresentation of the build here.

Lunar spine fixes two issues I personally have with time rift. The way it feels like you need to buid mana and the way it feels like you need to build spell damage.

Lunar's own 'low' damage with high %spell and melee allows you to focus on non-% damage. It's max mana steal is self-explanatory.

Thus leaving the rest of the build to work on getting enough skill points for pandemonium + time rift as well as getting enough elemental defense.

It might seem like positive percentual elemental defense would be great here, but I couldn't get it to work w/o crafted items and I prefer my builds without those. So I went for base defense instead.

Combined with the need for skill points, that really only leaves Prism and Diamond Fusion Necklace.
Rainbow sanctuary has alot of rainbow elemental defense and also gives a very noticeable buff to the damage output as well as many skill points. Making that a semi-abvious choice too.

With rainbow sanctuary I don't feel safe without statue, which leaves the helmet to give enough skill points and defense. Turns out there's one which also gives neutral spell and melee damage, both are welcome in this build. Especially spell, so morph-stardust also fits in very well.

Also, with powders all armor pieces can have the water powder special whilst thunder defense is positive in this build, which is something I've never seen before.

my first "real" build in a while, kinda just slapped on the skill point accessories and went from there. So there's a chance it could be improved despite its skill point tight-ness. If you know how, please share.

While the ele defs are not great, that's (in my opinion) outweighed by the -life steal being addressed and being able to actually walk.

    Interesting...

I am pleased with this thread =)

(The builds pretty good in my opinion, aside from the ws and negative lifesteal: since ur gonna be melee atking a lot with time rift equipped u might lose quite a bit of health if you hit a group of mobs, but I guess the heals can make up for some of that)

    Otherwise gj dude
