Hide Armor

Hello all...ok well I read that there used to be a way of hiding armor with /armor is there still a way to do this having a cool looking mage skin covered by brown armor looks horrible :) sorry if this a old question but im new here and still learning

 

That feature isn't in game anymore, however, you can download the server resource pack and then put a texture pack that removes the textures of all armor on top to achieve the same effect.
