Problem With Monthly Crate

    Hi, and I have a problem with getting my monthly crate, as you read in the title. On the store, I am logged in with my IGN (tapiocaMuffin), and when I press "Get your free monthly crate", the page just reloads, and the store still says "0 items for 0.00 USD." I have tried this with other accounts, and it works, but I don't know what's wrong with my account. It's been around 2 months since I've gotten my last monthly crate. I should have attached a link to this post that will direct you to a video. There are (.) replacing the periods because "I need 10 posts in order to prevent spam." https(:)//streamable(.)com/ftnr0h

    It might be a glitch, you could submit a bug report. I would go through the process one more time to be sure though.

    April 6 was the last time you had your crate when you wrote that, and now I guess it worked because you got your latest one on may 6

    oh frick, I didn't realize people actually looked at this post, but it's probably dead by now. but yeah, a few days after I claimed the crate I did work, and I don't know how it worked, but it did. Thanks you guys anyways
