The Point Of Necrosis...?

Can someone explain to me why Necrosis exists? I mean it's perfect for a poison build but it trolls you because it requires 105 dexterity which is not possible to have...

Unless there's a combination that allows you to wear it?

You can only apply 100 skill points per str, dex, int, def and agi. You need to add items to your build to add to get to the required skill level.

Idk, they asked for a combination to wear it and I provided it. Also, they asked that it has a dex of 105 and it is not attainable and I answered that no matter what you can only put 100 sp in and have to use items( armor and accessories) to make the difference. That is the same thing you said.
