Wynntils Issue

I've done every step up the point where you're supposed to run the installation, but whenever i run the installation nothing pops up. Why's this happening and how can i fix it?

Pretty lame ass thread as nobody ever answered our questions on why, and we even made good points as to why it should be reversed. It wasn't even a flame war or anything and got locked out of the blue at like not even a week or two from its last response, fairly BS imo but hey I guess we don't need to know apparently
