How Worth Are Professions

Hello,
Im a relatively old player and am returning to wynn !
after taking a look at the crafting blacksmithing etc I have wondered whether or not its worth investing time into and whether or not late game crafts are even viable ?

Crafting isn't needed at all in the game, it's optional. Personally I don't craft on a first playthrough

 

late game crafts while I have not yet reached I know from what I've seen that they are extremely powerful and are the only way to get the loot quality ID. of course you can just buy stuff other people have crafted if you don't want to spend the rest of your life mindlessly grinding professions.

 

Crafted items if you're willing to put the time and effort in can be broken as shit. You can make a set that give you 200xp %, tripling your XP. (If I'm not stupid, because 100% XP rate can make it to be double, yes?) You can make consumables that make you a fucking god and you can make anywhere from half a stack of EB to like 4-12 stacks of LE (from stuff I've looked at and wanted at least) But yeah, it's not required and you can just bully a friend to do it for you

 

Yeah, that's correct as the xp id starts at 0% , which doesn't mean you get 0 xp it just means you get normal xp

You can make some broken-ass shit at pretty much every level. Crafted items (if done right) are basically a whole new tier of items between mythics and fableds.

 

Sometimes better than mythics *cough* spring *cough*
