hi, i don't know what i'm doing but the spell cost here is real nice and the damage is meh so i figured i would share it. fix it if you want, i can't be bothered. custom item is the updated nether's scar if i got the stats right

Replace diamond static necklace for something else, probably tenuto if you're actually trying to make use of the lifesteal

But also if you want to keep the fast attack speed, then replace fractured with a moon pool circlet + some other ring for better usage of the build overall
