the misadventures on the sea quest combined with the seaskipper talking about those same pirates who kidnapped you are "training a chicken to fend off a huge beast or something'".

does this hint at a possible later corrupted sea creature monster we fight on a quest?

does it imply we may at one point meet back up with those pirates?

or maybe its just a fun call back to that quest for players who completed it.

It's a reference to the easter egg in the quest that involves a chicken.

lol yeah, i did like it when that chicken went ham on the monster since i gave the chicken seeds.

guess they took that chicken's talent and trained it further.

I could be a reference to Squiggles, a pet that would follow players in a April Fools joke Wynncraft did back in 2014.

Squiggles is referenced by the Seaskipper in one of his travelling dialogues:
    • Seaskipper Captain: I just got back from a trip to Nemract, and I gotta tell ya all about this crazy story I 'eard.
    • Seaskipper Captain: So this one sailor, who clearly had quite a few drinks, starts braggin' about how he fought a giant squid.
    • Seaskipper Captain: The whole bar was 'bout as drunk as he was, so they all bought his ridiculous story. But I had just got there, so I knew it was fake.
    • Seaskipper Captain: He was so drunk that he said the squid he fought had a name, but it's pretty clear to me there ain't no squid named "Squiggles".
