Question About A Sandy Scandal Quest [possible Glitch?]

    Hi. I was on the last leg of the Sandy Scandal Quest, where you enter the bank and fight the boss, I died during this. I'm trying to refight the boss to complete the quest but I'm unable to enter the hole in the bank. My quest book says "Make sure the bandits don't escape!" but I'm unable to enter the bank to fight them again? I looked on the wiki and it says if you die you just restart the level but I can't.

    Anyone know what I should do about this?

    Repeat the steps here
    Start from stage 1 and then go down the list. Once you get back to the part you died, you should be able to get back into your quest.

    When I get to the step where I have to go on the roof of the scroll merchant's house the cutscene doesnt happen and I cant pass the barrier blocks
