    Right, this is largely conjecture, but I think that the Dragon’s Eye Pendant could let you cast three meteors before its cost starts to increase. I’m not 100% on that, but I do know that King of Hearts lets you cast like 7 heals before spell costs starts to increase because of its -heal costs, so I think something similar could work here

    It would, but outside of Pure there's basically zero reason to ever cast multiple meteors in a row.
