Archer/Hunter Help A Good Foc Build?

I am that type of guy that can't take a Freedom or powder Hive bow cause i dont have enogh Emerald ;-;. Also zero Is really bad imo but idk. So a good endgame Archer build whit FoC cause i think its really good? Also i am a spell spammer too so a good mr Will be really greatful. Also no Mythic and no LI item cause i Need to do It (also when ill do It feel free to make a 2v of the FoC build whit LI if u want).
