Any Class I'm Bored So I've Decided To Get Into Build Making

As the title suggests, I am really bored due to the big bad corona. So, I fell back to the first thing I though up. Builds. You can suggest(sorta) build ideas for me, and I will try my best(not really) to do something with it. To siggest a build just give me a weapon and an armor peice that you want the build made around, and I'll spend an hour on wynndata to give you either a build that dies to Ragni zombies or something that can solo LI while blindfolded, you never know which.

13k meteors, 16k hp + a bit of defense sp, mana steal-based + atlas so you gonna have to occasionally hit things to get almost half your mana back

10k meteors but its 1 MANA for a meteor. Decent mana Regen and a bit of mana steal to boot (though mana steal is less useful for faster weapons due to how rng works in spell spam builds lol). Very slightly less HP but you get to invest a little more defense in your sp and you get a bit better elemental defenses so it balances out. This is the preferred build and it's probably easier to get.

(P.S: For both builds. You can exchange ornate with dark channeler if you want to. It's more Mana Regen/Mana Steal + EVER so slightly more damage in exchange for less hp.)
