Okay, so I want to start playing this game and I am new to MMORPGs. I need some help on what to do and how to do. I finished the starting 4-5 quests and I have so many ingredients and items in my inventory and I don't know what to use them for and I don't understand crafting either......Can someone help me. (I did look up Youtube videos for beginners but I just can't understand..)

    basically wynncraft has professions

you can use ingredients and materials to craft weapons, armor and consumables.
however, for first playthrough it's better to skip them and just get on with quests and leveling combat.

crafting/professions in the tutorial is one of the only bad design decisions, they're not required at all.

Feel free to ignore them entirely.

As other people have stated, professions and ingredients are an optional part of the game, they can be used to craft items using the workstations in major areas. Also if you want to keep them, you can put them in your much larger bank storage (by clicking on the enderchest in most towns) which is also accessible from all of your classes.

Everyone else said, professions are boring and not needed for first playthrough. Here is a more in-depth guide for beginners: https://wynncraft.gamepedia.com/Newcomer's_Guide
Keep in mind that not EVERYTHING is accurate on that guide, and it is a bit outdated.

    BTW assassin best class.

uhhhhh professions are wholly optional and a massive pain in the ass
for first playthrough i would recommend doing all, or at least most, quests
xp bonus on your gear helps you level up faster

other than crafting, you can get gear from enemies, chests, shops, and quest/dungeon rewards. there's no way to level up existing gear, but you can reidentify it to get different rolls on the green stats, although they're always in a set range.

    You get items by:
    - From mob drops
    - From loot chests
    - Buying from merchants in towns
    - Quest rewards
    - Dungeon shops
    - Other players (trading)

You can't level up items, but you can add elemental damage/defense to them with powders.

Most items have green stats (modifiers). When you identify an item, the item gets random modifiers from a set range (eg. a weapon's Thunder Damage modifier can be somewhere between 5%-9%, and it varies between items (like every single item has it's own modifier ranges, not every item has Thunder damage 5%-9%, some might have, let's say 1%-20%), and only some items have a Thunder damage modifier at all)

Different modifiers do different things. Like, most are pretty self explanatory. Main attack damage is for non-spell damage, thorns is well, same as in vanilla MC and so on. There are many different types of modifiers, maybe 30ish.

You can upgrade 5 skills: Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Defense and Agility. It is recomenned to concentrate on around 3 different skills. They do different things, and you can learn the things from the skill menu (like, intelligence decreases spell cost and increases possible Water damage).
