    I have tried to beat the colossal rat three times in the quest three time. First time, I made it to the second stage of the colossal rat, then died. The other two times, I died in the first stage of the colossal rat.

    I am a level 31 Warrior, and the quest says that one can start the quest at level 28. Either I need stronger weapons or I need a party to beat the rats with.
    I won't approach it again tonight, because I need my sleep and I am too irritated by the quest, but perhaps tomorrow afternoon I'll try again.

    Yea that rat is quite strong. Just try finding some better gear and go in with some potions. You should be able to beat it solo. Took me a few tries as well!
