water or thunder depending on your armor
Generally thunder if you rely on mana steal or life steal, but water if you want more melee damage

If you don’t mind not regening too much mana it’s actually quite ok but aura damage is eh, you even used tier 6 powders to get that damage

 

Would the relic overdrive be any good? I know that having lower attack speed can help but what if it is combined with tenatu?
And also is there a good way to make it a bit tanker I find it difficult to survive with 5k hp with low regening and totem heal.

oh switch your helmet to something like spectre and leggings to kelights shield.
actually dont use overdrive if you are stacking it with tenuto... you can of course use overdrive, as a damage option.

 

When I add spectre and kelights shield even without Tenuto it takes 200 skill it says it takes 200 skill points, is there a swap or accessory to fix this?

this water one is better than any thunder one you can look for but if you insist just slap a spiritshock bow on it and replace the necklace with something like bottled thunderstorm. You could also wield a return to ether bow with it for mana and walk speed
