Excess Xp

    So after the 1.19 update, it seems like previous lvl 101 players just got made lvl 102. Now I just started playing again and I've been trying to find info about this but the only thing I could find is this quote from the changelog:
    If I'm understanding correctly, does this mean that we won't be able to get back the xp in game but it will only appear on the leaderboards?
