Impossible To Finish Quest (help Needed)

Hey guys,

I think i'm looking for a moderator to somehow reset the quest THE ORDER OF THE GROOK for my account - WST16. I chose the fire element and I've tried countless times to complete the fire task (sending back fireballs). It seems that this would be a common occurence because I checked the Wiki for tips and it actually recommends NOT choosing the fire element. I think it's because my computer has been kind of slow but it's never been an issue up until now.

As the quest doesn't have a "choose different classes" option, I would love if someone would be able to help me out here. I really want to finish the quest because:
1) I love Harry Potter
2) I want the XP (:P)
3) It is highly annoying to just not be able to finish a quest and have all the surrounding ones completed

Try rapidly punching the fireballs with your hand, I had a bit of trouble with fire but it worked when I did that

 

Oh yea The fire test was so frustrating. My advise is stand like 30 degree off the direction of the fire ball and then spam It really help (for me at least)

 

Quests cannot be reset.
If you experience an issue with a quest, please post a bug report here.
Make sure to describe in detail what is going wrong.

 

The fire one is super buggy. I found the only way to beat it was to try to go where the fire ball will land and just spam click in an arc around you. Also be warned that sometimes the fireball visually disappears so you might have to make a guess when and where it'll fire.

 

THIS HELPED SO DAMN MUCH. Like it instantly made the whole task easy, especially with 5 fireballs (god knows how I would have done that originally). Is there anyway we can get this on the wiki??? Because this is like essential advice
