    item breakdown:

    Necrosis: tiers

    Ineptitude: tier+damage

    Writhing: Why was this buffed. Also damage

    Cracklers: Actually pretty godamn viable now. Ton of raw for little -tier cost. also other stats are neat.

    Flashfire: tier

    Power cell: sp and raw damage

    Downfall: raw damage.

    Pros: 33k dps without war scream, pretty tanky, good sustain, high thorns which is getting buffed soontm

    Downsides: dont really see any, no spells I guess and also I performed the cursed art of armor powdering.

    Aight anyway cancelstack new meta, also major buff recharge.
