Shaman/Skyseer Help Mana Regen

Hey looking for a build that gives me 19/4 mana regen I am currently Lvl 53 tks

 

at that level, that's not gonna be possible, due to the lack of accessories that give good mr at that level

Edit: Nvm it is technically possible (if you specifically use the relik Holiday Spirit), but you're probably not gonna need that much mr. Also Holiday Spirit is a bad weapon to be using so all the more reason to not use 19/4 mr at your level

what lvl should i start looking at that sort of thing

 

you will not need more than 15 mana regen, ever since you have base 5 mana regen (15+5=20 which is the max)
also it's unreasonable to even have that much.
something around ~10/4 mr should be already more than you need

 

You do realize that 19/4 is overkill since natural mana regen is 5/4, right? Also, you should be thinking about builds at level 90+.
