Mage/Dark Wizard Help Luto Aquarum Build Help

heyo so i have this luto aquarum build (i can't post links big L):

Armor:
Polyphemus
Leviathan
Chaos-Woven Greaves
Virgo

Accessories:
Puff
Finesse
Enmity
Kernel

i'm pretty happy with where the values are right now(meteor could be higher but eh) but i'm also new to class building and i was wondering if there are any items that have better alternatives that i looked over or don't know of that i should use instead

i'm also a bit concerned with the lack of mana regen. although it has a lot of mana steal i teleport everywhere (horses are expensive rip) and don't want to have to hit mobs in between casting teleport to get mana. i'm also concerned about elemental defenses being negative, but i'm not sure if that should even be an issue?

if you're okay with losing 4k dps, having slow tier attack speed and -15% walk speed you can swap:

helm-> piscies
chest-> vacuum
boots-> memento
puff-> moon pool circlet

and you'll gain 11/4s mana regen, 1.8k more heal and 4k more health

don't think this is quite the answer you're looking for tho
