Warrior/Knight Help Build For Eldritch Outlook

You can tell me build to pass Eldritch Outlook without mythic (I'm level 104). I would be very grateful.

 

Obsidian-Framed helmet (water powdered)
Taurus
Earth Breaker (Air powdered)
Charcoal (water powdered)

Jester Ring
Gold Fiber Ring (giant's ring would probably work if you don't want LI gear)
Atlas
Pulse Stopper

Praesiduium (Earth powdered)

(Can't take credit for this, got it from Yygamer's solo of Eldritch Outlook)

Basically, a standard warrior quake build, very tanky.

 

Can you give me a Rikter earth build that counts on natural damage?

 

I doubt this can solo eldritch, but here's a quake build with Rikter
That focuses purely on damage, and has very high neutral damage:

Obsidian framed helm (if you want you could sub this for darksteel full helm if you don't want to use a qira hive item, but I don't know how SP efficient that is)
Taurus
Earth breaker
blind thrust
