    Coz who needs intel to use a spell-spam build right? But tbh the aura spell dmg does seem lackluster so...

    *But on a serious note, I'm taking suggestions on how to improve this build without using crafted items like such*

    Looks like someone forgot that hephaestus forged boots has -sp. Wynndata gets wack with -sp. Those builds are not even possible. Also congratulations on finally discovering TFA and large lapis rings.

    OTV + Hephaestus forged is already 1 mana aura, I wouldn't recommend using resolve.
