Help, Two Account In Same Ip Adress

    I'm trying to play with my wife, we live on the same appartment so we have same public ip adress and it looks like we were ban and we can't connect anymore... How can we play together ?

    what does appeal means ? Are you saying there is no way i can play with my wife on the server in the sametime ?
    I don't understand the problem you have with my screenshot, i posted it in an other thread, i had problem with tracking quest system.

    I suggest contacting support on this one or checking if you have had an accout ip banned for some reason. I've been able to get my main and alt as well as a 3rd friend's account on from my PC all at the same time so I expect the problem lies with some issues with the new host or your wifi
