What Does Time Rift Do?

What are the specifics on Time Rift? All I know is that is cast a spell a second time but I don't see how that could be too useful. Pls enlighten me with knowledge Thanks.

 

It has a 30% chance to cast the spell you casted last. This works for any spell. If the ability is activated, it will take a few seconds before the spell is casted but you can use spells and attack while this is happening. So it’ll work like this:

-Spell cast
-wait a few seconds
-spell is cast once more

This costs no extra mana at all so it’s just a free spell.

 

Thanks but how could this be abused and wouldn't be useless for a shaman to recast a totem in a few seconds?

u could use totem then immediately use aura

 

Since it's only 30% it's slightly hard to be "abuse" since the point of it is cast your spells twice. Time rift is only OP if you're going for a full spell build yet it can be shut down by a massive DPS build. I hope all these helps.

 

If, say, a shaman recasted two totems, that wouldn't mean that an aura would be activated on both (an aura emanates from only one totem sadly), however, both totems provide healing, which means if you recast a totem, creating two totems, that would double your healing.
