Can't Do The Underwater Part Of From The Mountains

So I'm leveling up a shaman, and because leveling is generally pretty easy I have done very few quests. I decided to start actually doing quests and did from the mountains, which includes an underwater section. I had not previously done either of the quests involving the breathing helmet before, and so I could not do it. After I did the other two, I still can't. I tried throwing away the one I got from the quest and buying a new one, I tried switching worlds, talking to the starting NPC again, /kill, nothing works. Is there some obvious fix I'm missing? Or is this a bug?

Okay, what exactly is stopping you from doing the underwater section? And what does your quest book say?

 

the questbook says "Climb the mountain behind Anrod's house, and find Rynver at [-1383, 79, -4459"
when I try to go into the water section with the breathing helmet II on it says "[Required: Breathing Helmet II]"

 

Buy another helmet, It Will going to work i think

 

You have to do what your quest book says. You're getting ahead of yourself.
