The diamond hydro bracelet has the same mana steal, more buffs on intel and it has spell damage too .-.
So really its better for spells. (Don't tell me you can't do LI)

Dam my brother plays an assassin and he uses spells, well...
Basiccally all the time.
The mana regen and mana steal on his build are good enough, for spamming spells...
And he uses a setup with a dyiamond hydro bracelet. oof

So I have one question: does attack speed affect mana steal like it affects elemental ablities like quake?
If so, how does it affect mana steal .-.

Funny thing all of the cybels vulnerable phases should last exactly 1 second for me,
No jokes here, the orange cybal is only hard for archer because of Phase 2 and 4,
Where you can't speed up the fight.
The fact that 'One phase from any boss', if you can put it like that,
just immedeatly dies when you hit it with a quake is unfair.
heavy melee is no fun, but damn its effective.

Also i would suspect the screenshot is from a biased atlas inc veteran or something,
Cause, really, that screenshot is just exaggerated!

Attack speed will change the % chance that a given hit will proc mana steal or lifesteal.
Here's a table of attack speeds and what chances

Super Fast: 5.8%
Very Fast: 8.1%
Fast: 10%
Normal: 12.2%
Slow: 16.6%
Very Slow: 30.1%
Super Slow: 49%

Although super slow attacks far less often than any other attack speed, and it actually evens out to have the same effective procs over time compared to all other speeds (roughly 1 proc per 4 seconds of meleeing), super slow allows you to spend less time meleeing and more time casting spells, so you can take advantage of the mana steal more effectively. That being said, Atlas isn't always needed on a build, as long as you can get your melee attack speed down to the super slow/very slow territory. Usually items like Tenuto are also used on assassin (There's a lot of great T/F weapons that assassin can use) so Atlas isn't always needed, but even then, it provides the best lifesteal out of any bracelet in the game, which gives it a solid usecase in health sustain.

 

That makes sense, so for spell builds slow attack speed obviously good, but what if you're using a heavy melee build :c
On an assassin sure, but an archer that already has the stinger?
I have experienced that i struggle a lot more if i drop low with the archer, and then heal, Instead of just keeping my hp up (defence).
The problem for me isthat im not exactly a pro gamer and get hit a bunch, so when i do get dropped to low hp (Like under 2000) i usually die.

About the Thread On ms: As soon as you get above 75% exploding, Your crowd controll Goes up as archer.
I know you have to kill a mob for it to trigger, but that really isn't that hard on archer :c
