Dupped Quest Item

Hey, I recently did the under Ice quest and in the middle of the quest i used the command fix quest because the pufferfish did not apear, howeaver now I have 2 Breathing Helmet lvl 1 and I cant drop one of them.
I would appreciate any help to get rid of one of the breathing helmets
(I finished the quest btw)

What you can do is fill up you inventory with a common item (such as emeralds), put the breathing helmet in the crafting grid, and fill the slot that it was in with an emerald, and exit your inventory, you’ll get the message showing you can’t drop quest items, and it won’t pop out but you won’t have it anymore.

There are a few other methods but I find this one the easiest.
