Serious Is It Normal For Bug Reports To Be Ignored?

    I made a bug report about a week ago and no one replied to it except for one reply that was useless and then my reply to that was ignored, is it normal? My bug makes it so that I literally cannot finish the quest, NPCs disappeared, invisible barriers etc. Is this normal?

    This happened to me (npc disappearing) I had to do the whole quest again.

    Does it happen? Kind of. I mean yes but no.
    2 reasons - you didn't have enough detail in your bug report or they don't know what is happening and they can't recreate it.

    This is just an assumption as I'm not in charge of bug reports.
