Warrior/Knight What's The Point Of This Item?

sure the defence helps with my build, but it looks like it doesn't do too much

 

Theoretically you powder it with something other that thunder.

One of many items where you look at it and say, "WTF Item Team"

 

Think of it how DE does... You know the guys that made warframe? "Hmmm what other player styles can we put in the game via items?" Design team: "Only one main thing per warframe? You got it!" Later when Scott looks at it, "Man, this shit is good... So good." It is a meme, big meme. It's to basically waste your time and effort in opening crates up to try and get decent items and you roll that... I'm only a tad salty because I'll go, "Man, I'll get some good items... Can sell via market and get that sweet sweet Emmmmm and then it's items like this lol. I just wish their more build ideas/possibilities out there. imo, Shaman is currently the only class that playing "off-meta" works super well because you can do so much with it.
