Mage/Dark Wizard So This Build, Kinda Spicy Thou

So, going off what little knowledge I have of all the items in this game, and how they work together, I dreamt together this build by myself:

But I want to know if there is better gear I could have, if there is something I'm missing, if I don't have the right powders or if I'm just wasting my time with something. Feedback is helpful due to my small walnut brain. Thanks so much for looking over this.

Edit: Do you mind explaining what the biggest things one should be going for in builds? Your DPS is a lot higher, but the XP/Loot is low and the spell damage is pretty on par. But I just don't understand what I should be going for

 

Loot bonus matters only when you are lootrunning or grinding ingredients, xp bonus matters only when grinding xp and that build is designed for meele, but it still has almost 20k meteors

 

Gotcha, gotcha. So my build would be better suited for farming, and this build for killing... Question if your bad, would it be worth changing out some of the armor powders to give a more average def and find a piece that gives more health?

 

Elemental defences really don't matter and a couple of powders probably aren't going to change that. 12k health isn't that much, but you've got 90 defence and 73 agility with 26 skill points to spare, so I should think this amount of health is enough unless you're willing to sacrifice A LOT of damage.

EDIT: Besides, I don't think you have that much wiggling room for skill points when swapping out armour, so your options will be very limited.

 

Well, you can’t really change out any of the armour without completely destroying the build. The thunder powders are there because this build deals a lot of thunder damage, so it now deals 36% extra thunder damage for every kill, for 5 seconds. This effect stacks with every kill so that’s nice. You could add powders onto the armour to balance out the defenses, but I don’t really care about elemental defenses that much so I didn’t bother when making this build.
