Order Of The Grook Boat Teleport Failed

Help!! I was talking to the boat captain for the Order of the Grook quest, and my laptop crashed!! I missed the teleport and now, the captain won't respawn. I've tried /fixquests thinking if I got back the letter and talked to the NPC on the broken docks that the NPC on the boat would respawn and I could teleport, but that failed. So, I tried /kill, came back to the island, and he still didn't respawn. I restarted my entire Minecraft and he still didn't respawn when I came back in. My quest book is telling me to follow the children into the school, but I never teleported in the first place. What am I supposed to do?

How do I get to the school if I missed the teleport to get there??

 

So he doesn't come back up when you walk down the pathway.... Hmmm Might try having someone go there with you and have them raise the boat for you.

 

It's not that the boat doesn't show up, its the the NPC on the boat doesn't spawn.

Edit: The NPC on the DOCK APPEARS, but not the one on the boat who you talk to just before being teleported.

 

Oh that's very very strange.... He appears but it doesn't start the lines "We're off to the Nexus".... Might have to be forced through (Via admin commands) or you just might not be able to do it :/ I'm sorry that I don't have any other ideas

 

Yeah... I think I need an admin; there doesn't seem to be anything else I can do. I appreciate it though!! All I need is for him to be on the boat when it rises out of the water, but for some reason, he just isn't. I have no idea why he wouldn't respawn...

 

Most likely because the game BELIEVES you to be in the mage nexus
